Will I receive a certificate of completion?

Yes. A personalized certificate is automatically emailed to you after you complete all required modules and assessments.

Can I track my learning progress?

Yes. Your personal dashboard tracks your module completion, quiz scores, and certification status. Institutions with group accounts also receive administrator tracking features.

Are the courses eligible for PACE credit?

Yes. All courses are developed to meet PACE credit standards. Final approval is pending and will be clearly listed on each course page once confirmed.

Can I take the courses on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Our platform is fully responsive and works seamlessly on smartphones, tablets, and desktop browsers with internet access.

Do I need to download any software?

No. Everything runs online in your browser. Our platform is built using Canvas LMS and Articulate 360 — no installations required.

Do you offer group or institutional pricing?

Yes. We provide customized access plans for institutions, including bulk enrollment options, student tracking, and faculty support.

Do I need a specific degree or license to enroll?

How long does it take to complete a course?

Most courses take between 1 and 3 hours to complete, depending on your background and learning pace. You can start, pause, and resume whenever it suits you.

How long will I have access to the course materials?

You’ll have full access to each course and its updates for a minimum of 12 months from your enrollment date.

Can I enroll if I live outside the U.S.?

Absolutely. Our courses are available internationally. All content is delivered in English and can be accessed from anywhere with a broadband connection.
